HMD Global, the parent company of Nokia, unveiled a total of 4 mobile phones a few hours before the start of annual MWC in Barcelona. The company also introduced their highly anticipated Nokia 9 Pureview in the event. The Nokia 210 is a feature phone, while the Nokia 1 Plus runs on android Go edition. The other two devices, the Nokia 3.2 and 4.2 runs on Android One.

Nokia 4.2

The Nokia 4.2 sports a 5.71 inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1520 pixels, along with a pixel density of 295ppi. The 2.5D glass comes with a water drop notch on the top. in the camera department, the Nokia 4.2 has a 13MP+2MP dual camera setup in the rear, both with f/2.2 aperture. In the front there is an 8Mp shooter for selfies.

The 4.2 runs on a Snapdragon 439 chip – it has octa-core A53 processor and Adreno 505 GPU. It comes with 2GB and 3GB RAM options coupled with 16GB or 32GB of internal storage which can be further expanded to 400GB via a microSD card. It is powered by a 4000mAh battery, with no support for fast charging.

It has a fingerprint sensor which is positioned at the rear panel. The front camera on board the 4.2 also supports AI driven face unlock. It also has a dedicated key for the Google assistant. Finally, it’s power button has a pulsating LED notification light as seen in some other Nokia devices. Nokia 4.2 will be available in Black and Pink Sand colors this April and will retail at $169 for the 16GB model and $199 for the 32GB variant.

Nokia 3.2

The Nokia 3.2 comes with a tall 6.26 inch TFT screen with a resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels along with a tiny water drop notch on top. The Nokia 3.2’s screen is bigger than that of Nokia 3.1 and Nokia 3.1 Plus. The Nokia 3.2 is powered by the Snapdragon 429 chipset (4xA53 CPU, Adreno 504 GPU) with either 2GB/3GB of RAM along with 16GB/32GB of internal storage.

The Nokia 3.2 comes with a fingerprint sensor, but only on the 3GB RAM version. Coming to the camera department, it has a 13MP shooter in the rear. The 5MP front camera does have support for face unlock. There is a 4,000 mAh battery under the hood. The Nokia 3.2 runs on Android one Pie, and has a notification light in the power button and a dedicated key for Google assistant just like the Nokia 4.2.

The phone is expected to be launched in April and will come in two color variants, black and steel colors. It will be priced at $139 for the 16GB model and $169 for the 32GB variant.

Nokia 1 Plus

The Nokia 1 Plus is an enlarged version of the Nokia 1 that was launched an year ago. While it’s still a budget device running on the Android Go OS, The Plus version comes with a taller 5.45″ screen and a larger 2,500 mAh battery.

The display unit onboard is a 5.45″ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood it has the same chipset that is powering the Nokia 1, the MT6739 one with a quad-core Cortex-A53 processor and PowerVR GE8100 GPU. It comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage just as seen in the Nokia 1.

The Nokia 1 Plus will be available in black, red, and blue color variants and will be priced at $89. A limited 16GB version at $99 might go on sale in the Latin American market.

Nokia 210

Nokia still makes feature phones, and is still the world’s number 1 feature phone manufacturer. The Nokia 210 is a cute little phone with a 2.4″ QVGA screen, the numerical keypad and a VGA camera in the rear. The phone runs on Nokia’s proprietary S30 OS and adds support for apps such as Opera Mini Browser, Facebook, and the Classic Snake game. The Nokia 210 will go on sale in march and is priced at 35$.
