RealMe 3 Pro Pros and Cons Review | Pros
1. Gaming Performance
Starting with RealMe 3 Pro pros, it comes with gaming GameBoost 2.0 gaming enhancement feature which means it handles most of the heavy games with ease. We played PUBG for more than 2 hours constantly and we didn’t encounter any frame drop. Yes, we were playing on HD mode. On HDR mode, occasional stutter and lags were seen.
The handset also handles multi-tasking well. We had more than 10 apps open simultaneously and it didn’t restart the app after switching back to them. So, overall, we loved its performance and think that it is indeed built for speed.
2. Very Good Build Quality
The build quality of this handset is very good and it is easy to hold in the hands. Despite being slippery, it is comfortable to hold and one would not drop it accidentally until and unless he/she wants to do so. A pinch of salt, fellas! It is another one in the list of RealMe 3 Pro pros.
3. Lowlight Camera Performance
The RealMe 3 Pro now has RAW capture support which is really a handy feature when you are shooting in lowlight. Its cameras are powered by artificial intelligence which automatically turns on the night mode and clicks better photos. Multi-exposure shots are better compared to auto mode.
4. VOOC Fast Charging
This can be considered the USP of this handset. It comes with a bundled 20W fast charger which is a rare thing to see these days, especially when the price of the handset is under Rs. 15,000. You can refill the fully drained battery in around 80 minutes.
5. Dedicated Slot for MicroSD
It is also a rare thing nowadays. Most of the smartphone makers have chosen internal storage way and eliminated the MicroSD slot. Well, it is not the case with RealMe 3 Pro as you get a dedicated MicroSD slot for expansion. It is one of the most comforting RealMe 3 Pro pros.
RealMe 3 Pro Pros and Cons Review | Cons
1. No USB Type-C
Talking about RealMe 3 Pro cons, you do not get USB type-c which is really disappointing, especially when most of the smartphones come with Type-C these days. I guess, little bit of compromise should be there!
2. Color OS
It is another in the list of RealMe 3 cons. Color OS has always been laggy. Most of the phones running Color OS face stutter issues. Plus, you don’t have many options to customize.
Our Verdict on RealMe 3 Pro Review: Should You Buy it?
Well, the answer to this question is “yes”. You can buy it. The handset might lag behind when put against the Xiaomi Redmi 7 Pro but you should not complain considering the price and the entire package. You are getting RAW picture mode, bundled 20W fast charger, very good camera, and battery. I think, at this price point, it is worth your money.
