Expanding the range of its offerings, Huawei‘s sub-brand Honor has launched a new smartphone. Dubbed Honor 8A Pro, the smartphone has been launched in Russia and is priced at RUB 13,990 (roughly Rs. 14,700). This handset is sold through Tmall and comes in two color options – Blue and Black. As of now, we have no idea when or if the handset is going to be launched in India.

Talking about Honor 8A Pro specifications, the smartphone is built around a 6.09 inches IPS HD+ display which comes with 283ppi of pixel density, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and 720×1560 pixels of resolution. It has 3 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with an expandability of up to 512 GB using a MicroSD card.
Talking more about Honor 8A Pro specifications, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC which packs an octa-core processor consisting Cortex-A53 cores. Out of 8 cores, 4 run at 2.3GHz of clocked processing speed and rest of them at 1.8GHz. It also has PowerVR GE8320 graphics processing unit.
Coming to the imaging department, it features a 13 megapixels rear camera with f/1.8 lens aperture and LED flash. The company has also placed an 8 megapixels shooter at the front for selfies and video calling. The smartphone is backed by a 3,020 mAh battery.

Coming to the Honor 8A Pro features, the smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9.0 and comes with a fingerprint sensor on its rear. Connectivity options on the handset include Micro-USB 2.0, GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and 4G with LTE support. Further, it weighs 150 grams and measures 156.25×73.5x8mm in dimension.
